The movie 'Crime City 4' is accelerating its box office success, reaching the 1 million mark just two days after its release.
According to the Korea Film Council's integrated computer network for movie theater admissions on the 26th, 'Crime City 4' attracted 473,055 viewers nationwide on the 25th and maintained first place in the box office for two consecutive days. Cumulative audience number: 1,335,673.
Compared to the first day of release (830,000 people), which enjoyed a special Culture Day, the number of daily audiences fell by nearly 50%, but the number of audiences on Thursday is surprising. The reservation rate is also unrivaled at 93.8%, so a full-fledged influx of audiences is expected this weekend. If the current trend continues, it seems possible that it will surpass 3 million over the weekend.
'Crime City 4' is a crime action film that tells the story of a powerful detective, Ma Seok-do (played by Ma Dong-seok), who takes down an illegal online gambling organization. Ma Dong-seok and Park Ji-hwan returned, and Kim Moo-yeol and Lee Dong-hwi joined the cast.
