The Japanese movie '10 Years of Life' is having a lot of fun with its re-release in theaters dominated by 'Crime City 4'.

'10 Years of Remaining Life' is a fateful romance between 'Matsuri', who was sentenced to a terminal condition, and 'Kazuto', who lost the will to live, who miraculously find each other and spend four dazzling seasons together. It was released in May last year and was a hit, attracting more than 160,000 viewers nationwide. It was re-released after about a year and is gaining just as much popularity as when it was first released.

According to the integrated movie theater ticket network, '10 Years of Life', which is in its 4th week of release, has maintained its second place in weekday seat sales (4/25, 4/26) despite the offensive of large-scale new works including 'Crime City 4', and last Friday (4/25) /26) It ranked 4th in the box office and 5th in the weekend box office (4/26-4/28), exceeding 280,000 re-released audiences and 410,000 cumulative audiences.

In particular, it ranked second in seat sales with only 0.7% of seats over the weekend, which is even more surprising as it follows 'Crime City 4' which had a seat occupancy rate of over 85%. Above all, on Sunday, when most audiences decrease ahead of Monday, the number increased by 15.8% compared to Saturday, proving its potential as a weekend powerhouse with undiminished support from 1020 audiences.

The CGV Golden Egg Index, an indicator of actual visitor satisfaction, is also maintained at 92%. The long-running box office success of '10 Years of Life' is expected to continue until early May, which coincides with the end of midterm exams for middle school, high school, and college and the holidays.

It is interesting to note that 'Crime City 4' dominates more than 80% of the screens, and '10 Years of Life' is performing as well as new films in an environment where the seeds of released films are dry.
