Min Hee-jin, CEO of ADOR, which raised the group New Jeans, repeatedly denied attempts to take over management rights.

CEO Min Hee-jin, who appeared on CBS' 'Kim Hyun-jung's News Show' on the morning of the 26th, once again emphasized that following the press conference the previous day, the company had not made any attempt to become independent from its parent company, Hive.

Representative Min revealed the reason for holding the press conference, saying, “I don't want to intentionally speak poorly of Hive. People say, 'Why are you speaking so badly of Hive now?', but for me (the press conference) was really my first and last opportunity.”

At the same time, he said, “Life history is not straight as if measured by a ruler. We are not living like robots, but it was so scary to actually experience the strange power of power that cuts various perspectives into purposes or frames after only hearing about it. In vulgar language, 'If you want to soak a person, it's like this.' “I thought, ‘You’re soaking it,’” he said, expressing his feelings about Hive’s suspicions.

When anchor Kim Hyun-jung mentioned the attempt to seize management rights, which is the core of the issue, and asked about the related documents and KakaoTalk data found on Adore executives' personal PCs, CEO Min said, “The content of the conversation I had was in what mood I was talking about someone else's KakaoTalk without the context, and under what circumstances.” “I’m not sure if imagination is a crime or not, whether it was discussed in the context or not.”

In addition, he said that it is impossible to seize management rights in a situation where Adore owns 80% of Hive and he owns 18%, and said, “I will eventually have to receive approval from Hive (to become independent).”

Regarding the opinion that the conversation with management raised suspicions of a takeover of management rights, he emphasized that the conversation was close to a 'complaint'. CEO Min said, “Company operation and management are completely different from MMA, and investment is a completely different field, so I am unfamiliar with that field. (The conversation) was sometimes serious and sometimes too light. My intention to piece together the conversation with such things was too strange. “I did,” he complained.

On the 22nd, Hive began an audit of Adore CEO Min Hee-jin and executive A. Hive exercised this right to audit after detecting circumstances in which Adore executives, including Mr. A, leaked confidential contracts and induced Hive to sell Adore stocks held by Hive. On the 25th, Hive announced that as a result of an interim audit of Adore's attempt to seize management rights, it had secured concrete physical evidence showing that a takeover plan had been established, and that it had decided to file charges of breach of trust and other related parties.

Accordingly, CEO Min Hee-jin held a press conference somewhere in Seoul on the 25th and denied all suspicions about Hive's resurgence, including suspicions of stealing management rights and suspicions of witchcraft management.
