Actor Lee Jung-jae was selected as one of the '100 Most Influential Asian People' (hereinafter referred to as 'A100') announced by Gold House in the United States in 2024.
'A100' is a list announced every year by Gold House, a non-profit organization that supports cultural artists in the Asia Pacific region, selecting 100 Asians who have had a significant impact on American culture and society.
Gold House said about Lee Jung-jae, “Lee Jung-jae, a South Korean actor, director and producer, has been active not only in Korea but all over the world since his debut through a drama in 1993 until 2024. Lee Jung-jae is Korea's first actor with 'Squid Game'. He was the first non-English language work to win the Primetime Emmy Award for Best Actor in a Drama, and made a successful directing debut by directing, writing, producing, and starring in the film 'The Hunt', which premiered at the 2022 Cannes Film Festival.”
